Return Policy

General Return Window:


Our products are customized products, so we only accept to be returned within 14 days of delivery

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

 

Condition:

  • Items should be returned in their original condition, or unused, to be eligible for a full refund. 


 Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, it's best to contact Amazon Customer Service within 7 business days.


Restocking Fee:

  • We have a 15%~20% restocking fee for returned robots, especially if the original packaging is opened or used, or over 45 days


Shipping Responsibility:

  • If you are responsible for shipping the item back, you will need to pay for the shipping costs. 


Packaging:

  • Make sure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 


Battery Safety: 

  • If shipping electronics with batteries, follow specific guidelines from the carrier (e.g., USPS) regarding packaging and labeling, as batteries can be considered hazardous materials


Does Max Roamer Booth allow returns?

  •  No, Max Roamer Booth operates under a strict no-return policy for all its products. This policy is clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Customers are required to review and acknowledge these terms during the checkout process. 


Refund Policy

Purchase and Sale:


Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Seller shall, on a non-exclusive basis, sell to Buyer, and Buyer shall, on a non-exclusive basis, purchase from Seller, the Goods. Payment for the Goods may be made via cash, credit, check, or bank transfer. All Max Roamer Photo booths and packages may be subject to the Buyer's local state tax upon checkout. 

 

Shipment and Delivery:

Unless expressly agreed to by the Parties in writing, Seller shall select the method of shipment of, and the carrier for, the Goods. 


Delivery:

Unless expressly agreed to by the Parties, Seller shall ship the Goods via a common carrier of Seller’s choice to the Buyer’s address as provided in the Invoice. 


Late Delivery:

Any time quoted by Seller for delivery is an estimate only. Seller is not liable for or in respect of any loss or damage arising from any delay in filling any order, failure to deliver or delay in delivery. No delay in the shipment or delivery of the Goods relieves Buyer of its obligations under this Agreement.


No Right for Return

Once Goods are shipped, it is deemed accepted and Buyer has no right to return Goods. If an order is cancelled prior to shipment a $250 reprocessing fee will be applied and deducted from the return of any photo booth. All orders paid for via 3rd party financing have no right of return or cancellation and no exceptions can be made.
